Mr. Durrani’s academic qualifications include a BS in Mechanical Engineering from United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

During this time he has project managed, Site managed, given leading technical guidance on, provided consulting expert testimony for and lead teams in the assessment and remediation of Sites for clients ranging from the Los Angeles World Airport and the LA US Schools District, to the Australian Defence Force, and major global engineering, oil and gas firms.

He has more than 15 years of experience of advising different private and public-sector clients and managing consultancy projects. He has worked in and managed multi-national, multicultural, multidisciplinary teams in an international context.
During years of practice, he has excelled and utilized his qualifications in a large number of sectors of economies around the globe. Particularly, this covers cross-sectors such as a) governance, with extensive experience in organisational development, needs assessment b) enabling environment for business growth and investment, in rural development, business environment reform, promoting linkages and foreign and domestic investment c) theoretical and practical experience in MSME support and financing, and d) regional and local development, gender and women empowerment, social development and participatory process, community programs (M4P, cross-cutting issues).
